I was born, raised, and live in Arizona.

How long have you been married?

A solid 3 years!! Noah and I met at Country Thunder in 2019, dated for 6 months, were engaged for 2 months, and then married December 30, 2019!

Do you have kids?

Yes! We have our baby girl, Everleigh Tate, our baby boy Forest who is up in heaven, and Ezekiel. Along with our human children we have two *very excitable* dogs, Lucy (pitbull) and Moose (weimaraner)

Who takes your pictures?

Me! And if not me, it is probably Noah or whoever came along for the ride.

What do you shoot with?

I use my iPhone and Nikon D

What is your coffee order?

My go-to coffee favorites are dirty chai tea lattes, an iced brown sugar shaken espresso latte, vanilla latte, and just straight black coffee.

What are your go-to cookbooks?

I absolutely love the Pioneer Woman, Half Baked Harvest, and Chrissy Teigen.

Why did you start blogging?

My very first blog post was on April 23, 2008 when I used Blogger.com. To be honest, this blog was just a diary of my life. This diary covered high school, college, my photography business, my many jobs over the years, adoption, fostering, and my everyday experiences. I absolutely loved blogging but took a break once I graduated from college. My photography business was put on hold and I focused on becoming the best teacher I could be. I taught for three years in charter and private (1 year middle school history & la, and 2 years high school mathematics and music) and then become an online teacher through Outschool. My life as an online teacher quickly drew me back to blogging. I am now up and running with a new *and improved* blog to keep you all updated on the fun, exciting, and never boring life my family and I live!
